Objective of the Association

The objectives of setting up of the association are the following.

1. To make the association headquarters as the reference point for all information pertaining to the Vietnamese and Cambodia refugees to the ex-refugees, news media and all other associations.
2. To provide an exhibition gallery to exhibit historical items, photo and other items of interest.
3. To give assistance and cooperation to ex-refugees or any other parties that need our involvement.
4. To reestablish the ties between the association members and the ex-refugees, other societies and foreign volunteers who worked and live in Pulau Bidong.
5. To support the Terengganu States and Malaysia Government objectives in promoting social activities and domestic tourism.

To give cooperation and support to the Terengganu States Government with regards to planning, development or administration in order to achieve heritage tourism in Pulau Bidong.

SERVICES AVAILABLE

1. Package tour to Pulau Bidong and Marang Camp.
2. Locating of specific refugees grave sites and visitation to the graveyards.
3. Obtaining specific refugees information such as document, records, photo, etc.
4. Visitation to the association headquarters and gallery.
5. Other information and services in connection with the Vietnamese and Cambodian refugees in Malaysia.
